The How it Started trophy / achievement in God of War Ragnarok is unlocked when you equip your first Enchantment to the Amulet of Yggdrasil. This is a new aspect of gearing introduced with Ragnarok which allows you to customize enhancements to various forms of damage, health regeneration, and other stats.
